Missionar Christoph Weber ist seit 1998 bei der Lutherischen Kirchenmission (Bleckmarer Mission) e.V. (LKM) angestellt. Er arbeitete zuerst für gut 10 Jahre in und um Serowe (Botswana).
Seit 2018 leitet er in Durban bei der Lutherkirche ein missionarisches Projekt im innerstädtischen Bereich. Parallel dazu seit 2023 in Ballito.
In 2020 promovierte er in St Louis im Bereich Kirchengeschichte zum Thema Apartheid. Er lehrt seitdem als Gastdozent Kirchengeschichte am LTS in Pretoria.
Missionar Weber ist verheiratet mit Sigrid geb. Köhne. Das Ehepaar hat vier Kinder, Cornelia, David, Lydia und Maria.

Missionary Christoph Weber has been employed by the Lutheran Church Mission (Bleckmarer Mission) e.V. (LKM) since 1998. He first worked for a good 10 years in and around Serowe (Botswana).
Since 2018, he has been leading a missionary project in the inner-city area of the Luther Church in Durban. Parallel to this in Ballito since 2023.
In 2020, he completed his doctorate in St Louis in the field of church history on the subject of apartheid. Since then, he has been teaching church history as a guest lecturer at LTS in Pretoria.
Missionary Weber is married to Sigrid née Köhne. The couple has four children, Cornelia, David, Lydia and Maria.
